We're not property inspectors
An inspector checks the building and tells you their professional opinion. We give no opinion, we show you what's there.
What we do
Sight, extended.
Overt NG is a trust service. We help you see any location we cover in Nigeria the way you would see it if you were standing there yourself.
Maybe you own land and haven't seen it in years. Maybe you're paying for a building project and all you get is "we're almost done." Maybe you found an apartment online, or you're about to pay a business you've never visited. You can't travel there just to look. So you've been depending on other people's word.
That's where we come in. You tell us the location and what you want to see. Our local agent goes there and records photos and video of what you asked to see, exactly how it is. Every photo and video is stamped with the GPS location and the exact time it was taken, so you know it's that place, on that day.
You get the evidence online. You look at it yourself. You make your own decision.
Why we never give opinions
We don't advise you at all, and that's deliberate.
We don't tell you the building looks good. We don't tell you the land is a good buy. The moment we start giving opinions, you're depending on someone else's word again, and that's the exact problem we exist to solve.
We show you. You decide.
What we are not
Three things we are regularly mistaken for.
We don't verify documents
We don't check land titles, C of O, or ownership papers. That's work for your lawyer. We don't confirm that a seller or a business is genuine either. We show you what's physically at the location.
We're not estate agents or sellers
We have nothing to sell you and no side in your decision. That's what keeps us neutral.
